Some informations about your
orders:
1. Titles
Please name title of requested CD/Artist as precisely as
possible.
2. Prices
All prices are in
EURO. All prices include 19 % German Tax.
3. Time of
delivery
We deliver as soon as
possible. As many of our CDs are supplied by Importers or small
companies they are not in stock continuously. Please allow 14 days
or more for delivery in special cases. We keep you informed
about times of delivery.
4. Way of
shipping
All goods are sent by
German Post. Please make sure that the parcel can be forwarded to
your adress.
5. Shipping
costs
5.1 Shipping costs for deliveries within Germany
We charge every shipment with EURO 3,00 for post and
package.
Deliveries with an amount of more than EURO 100,00 will be sent free
of post and package.
5.2.Shipping costs
for deliveries outside Germany
Shipments with 1-2 CDs will
be charged with EURO 5,00.
Shipments with 3-4 CDs will be charged with EURO 7,00.
Shipments with more than 4 CDs will be charged with EURO 10,00 for
post and package.
Due to high shipping costs we will not send backorders outside
Germany.
6. Payment

6.1 Payment terms
within Germany
You may alternatively pay by cash on delivery, bank transfer or
creditcard.
6.1.1 Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)
You have to add an amount of EURO 2,50.
6.1.2 Bank Transfer
Please name your account number, "Bankleitzahl" and
name of your bank institute.
We will draw the invoice amount from your account.
6.1.3 Creditcard
Please give us the following data: card institute, card number,
valid through...
All accounts will be settled with your card institute.
IMPORTANT!
We guarantee to use your private data carefully. To avoid misuse of
these data on online transmission, please give us your private
informations such as credit card numbers etc.
by phone or fax ! Or
please send parts of your private data in two different mails!
6.2 Payment terms
outside germany
Sorry we can only
accept payment via creditcard for deliveries
outside germany (see 6.1.3)
7. Change
Only CDs with
fabrication defects can be changed.
8. Property
All goods are property
of SHIROKKO Munich until complete payment.
